An intro

Welcome one and all. I figure the best way to start this is an introduction. I am 26 years old. Been married for about 2 1/2 years and have a nine month (today) old baby boy named Benjamin. I have lived in Indiana for about 2 1/2 years and before that have lived in a number of places. To list in order: South Carolina, Washington, Illinois, Maryland, Illinois, and finally Indiana. I grew up in the Navy.

I am currently exploring the reusable baby stuff. So far I have made cloth wipes, my own wipe solution, and the over the head towel bibs. The bibs are not the easiest to make because the right size towel is hard to find and usually expensive. I haven't made it into cloth diapers yet. But yet being the key word.

My home is also known as the menagerie, if I spelled the right. It's not as bad as some I know but I am under the threat that if I bring home anything that has 4 legs or wings, me and it get to sleep in the garage. We have 3 cats, 3 sugar gliders, a 55 gallon fresh water tank and a 14 gallon salt water tank. We just recently had to rehome our dog because he and Ben were not getting along anymore.

I primarily am a stay at home mom but I do work about 12 hours a week at one of the big box petsomthings. Those that work for corporations know that they now have clauses in the handbook about blogging about them so it's easy enough not to be specific.

I'm going to try to do a regular meet and greet like I've seen on other sites. Hopefully there will be someone to "meet". In parting tonight, I will wish you all well and welcome and questions you may wish to ask.
