Before I get into this, I'm not sure why I cannot get the font to not be underlined, so I've quit fighting it.
So my foray into the world of cloth diapering continues (and now the font is working). I've been getting a little frustrated because I only have 2 AIO and so that's only 2 diapers every other day. Not a good way to judge if I can do it full time or not. So I've put some on the christmas lists and was looking to see what kind of deals I could find. Then it hit me, I already have a bunch. All the burp cloths I used when Ben was an infant were either prefolds or regular cloth diapers.
So I dug them out and washed them so that they could be used as a diaper. But I didn't have any covers, kinda a must have thing right? I don't know if soakers are the same as covers, but those I could make pretty quick.
So this is me working on a fleece soaker. I was back to flying without a pattern, but it turned out pretty good. It actually didn't take too long once I got going. Of course that was after I had to remind Nick twice as to why he had to keep Ben out of the dining room while I was sewing (unplugging the machine and leaning on the pedal) and figuring out why the bobbin kept breaking (still don't know but it quit doing it).

Very impressive! So you know, the wal-mart prefolds that people use as burp cloths aren't nearly as absorbent as the chinese prefolds you'll find online at diaper shops. But if they work for you, that's awesome - less money you have to spend!!
And love the diaper cover!
What I actually did was take one of the regular diapers, not a prefold just a square(ish) piece of cloth and put a prefold in it as an insert.
