We're about to set off on our first road trip! I'm not sure if I'm just excited to be seeing my parents again or if it's anxiety of driving 13 hours (according yahoo maps) with a 10 month old.
We're planning on setting out in the evening and driving through the night so we can get as much road under us as possible when he's asleep. Which means I'll be doing a lot of the driving.
But this is the most I've seen my parents since I've moved out. This will make 4 times this year. Once for my shower in January again in January for Ben's birth and Ben and I flew out in June for a mini reunion with my sister and her kids.
My dad is really excited about us coming because he and Nick are planning on going hunting. He's trying to get the buck out of the way so Nick can get the doe ;P I know Nick is looking forward to it also.
