I received two pieces of mail today from Proctor and Gamble. First one was to acknowledge my complaint and they were looking into it, blah, blah, blah. The second one was quite different. In the little packet it contained an authorization form so that they could call our doctor and get her medical history. Why in Dante's inferno would I give you that access? It is not specific permission so they would have access to everything, sorry no, I personally think that is stupid. Next is a questionnaire that repeats everything they asked on the phone, don't you just love redundancy?. The following piece is a permission form to send in with the unused diapers so that I know the product will not be the same afterward. I know that, I doubt I'm going to use them anytime soon anyway.
I'm probably going to fill it out and send in the unused diapers. What's the harm and not like I'm going to lose anything except time.
